Business memberships enable corporate clients to establish one account for several drivers in their organization. 

 

Drivers are provided access under the business membership will be provided a unique User ID to reserve and access vehicles.  Each's driver's reservation's and vehicle use is tracked individually, but billing for all drivers is consolidated for a simpler payment process.  

 

Driver's have the option to indicate a "Job Number" when they create a reservation which is reported on the monthly bill, allowing for vehicle use for particular internal uses or clients to be easily accessed for your accounting department.  

 

One damage deposit of $1,000 is required for each business, however each driver must satisfy Calgary Carshare's driver history requirements (provide a driver's abstract for review) and agree to the terms and conditions of Calgary Carshare's membership requirements.
